Jointly organized by the University of Zakho, Duhok Polytechnic University, and Northern Technical University, this conference is technically sponsored by IEEE through the IEEE Iraq Section.

Accepted papers have been submitted by the conference operations department for publication and indexing in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, American Institute of Physics (AIP), Journal of Life and Bio Sciences Research (JLBSR), and Science Journal of University of Zakho (SJUOZ).
